A period home on Johnston Street, Collingwood, renovated and styled by AG & Co. for a client. We kept the original character, including the cast-iron fireplaces and timber floors, and updated the home for modern, short-stay living.

Each room is styled with its own personality: warm, earthy tones, custom timber details such as the pegboard bedhead, and original-style artwork that sets the home apart from a typical rental.

A Victorian-era corner building on Wellington Street, Clifton Hill, renovated by AG & Co. for a client. The street frontage and its period character stayed as they were, while the interior was renovated for modern living.

The new kitchen combines warm walnut-tone cabinetry with a pale tiled splashback and a gas cooktop, and the living area is styled in calm neutrals with natural textures and soft furnishings.

Client wanted a property where she can operate her business from as well as rooms to live in or BnB. We managed to secure a commercial property for her in the inner city suburb of Collingwood. Property needed a bit of cosmetic work and renovations in which we also managed for her along with setting up BnB for her in order to utilise the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Property currently generates over $100k for just the BnB alone.
